What You’ll Do
Own Payroll Operations
  • Process biweekly, semi-monthly, and off-cycle payrolls with accuracy 
  • Handle quarter-end and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and reporting 
  • Ensure payroll is compliant, timely, and error-free 
  • Support employees by answering payroll and benefit deduction questions and resolving issues 
  •  
Handle Benefits and Reconciliations
  • Reconcile benefit-related accounts regularly 
  • Process benefit self-billing 
  • Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal records 
  •  
Manage Financial Processing
  • Import data into system 
  • Review and validate payouts 
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies 
  • Prepare and issue monthly invoices 
  • Maintain organized and accurate billing records 
  • Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks 
  • Support month-end close 
  • Maintain clean, accurate financial records
  • Partner with internal teams to keep financial processes running smoothly 
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping 
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including quarter-end and year-end requirements 
  • Experience with commissions or variable compensation is a plus 
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial systems 
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion 
  • Clear communication and a service-oriented mindset

Salary Range: $25-$27 hourly (non-exempt)
