We have an exciting new role for a for a Sales Operations Specialist (We call them Sponsor Success Managers here) to help ensure independent voices are heard.

We are looking for a quick-thinking problem-solver to join our sales ad ops team to work alongside our market leader and sales team to ensure our client’s messages are delivered problem-free.                                

What you will be doing:

  • Understand and support the sales process/procedures to successfully recommend products and schedules and execute client campaigns.
  • Working with the creative services team, ensure that proposals capture the right products and pricing. 
  • Once sold, ensure the execution of client campaigns and proactively communicate to the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable of the client’s on-air schedules, billing, and problem resolution.
  • Enter and revise orders in the traffic system.
  • Perform month-end reconciliation.
  • Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps.

You Have What It Takes If You

  • An aptitude for sales support or operational support role.
  • A love for customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and media partners.
  • An understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about media sales
