Your Success as an Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist Will Be Measured By Your Ability To:

Invoicing & Billing – Send out client invoices with ninja-like accuracy – on time, every time.
Credit Card Reconciliation – Keep those corporate credit card statements in order and resolve discrepancies like a pro.
Expense Reporting Processing – Ensure that employee expense reports are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
Accounts Payable – Handle invoice entry and payment processing with efficiency and precision.
Financial Closing Support – Assist with monthly reconciliations and month-end close, ensuring everything is buttoned up.
System Implementation – Assist in rolling out new accounting system features and integrations to ensure seamless operation.
Audit Support – Keep records neat and organized so audits are a breeze.

What Makes You A Perfect Fit:

✔️ 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting—oh my!)

✔️ A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience—because skills matter!)

✔️ Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage Intacct (Excel wizards, we see you 👀)

✔️ Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills (because precision is everything)

✔️ The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

✔️ Experience with system implementations (M&A experience? Even better!)

✔️ A team player who can also crush it independently
