Key Responsibilities
You will own and grow sponsorship revenue across multiple markets as part of a centralized, tech-enabled sales team. This role manages the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting to long-term account growth, with strong support from pre- and post-sales teams.If you enjoy building relationships, working a structured sales process, and expanding into new markets, this role offers clear ownership and the opportunity to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of sponsorship revenue across multiple markets, starting with the Colorado Western Slope
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual meetings
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into revenue
- Follow a defined, proven sales process that ensures consistency and a strong sponsor experience
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to deliver proposals, execute campaigns, and support ongoing client success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth
- Use HubSpot and other sales tools to manage pipeline, streamline workflows, and prioritize selling time
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand into additional markets as assigned, applying the same process and standards
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client needs across all territories
- 2 to 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or inside sales
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and sell effectively in a remote environment across multiple markets
- Comfort working within a structured sales process
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up habits
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- A proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets across assigned markets
- Successfully expanding into new markets with minimal ramp time
- Following the sales process with consistency and discipline
- Building, growing, and retaining a diverse book of business
- Earning positive feedback from clients and internal partners
